Fee Refund Policy
Refund of Tuition Fees and Laboratories fees on cancellation of admission. As per UGC notification of October, 2018, para 4.1.3 If a student chooses to withdraw from the programme of study in which he/she is enrolled, the institution concerned shall follow the following five-tier system for the refund of fees remitted by the student.

Note: –
1) The laboratory fee shall be charged to the students, wherever practical work is prescribed in the syllabus and shall have to be utilized exclusively for conducting practical, purchase of equipment glassware, chemicals, etc.
2) The fees and charges will be increased after every two years by 10% (considering 2022-23) as base year
3) The facilities fee for U.G. and P.G. shall have to be utilized for providing Hi-tech facilities such as advance teaching aids like L.C.D. projector, video conferencing, internet, wi fi etc to make teaching and learning process more effective.
4) The University share from the fees prescribed for Environmental studies shall be Rs. 83/- out of Rs. 165/- . This fee shall be charged to part II students at under graduate level.
5) If the student from aided course chooses one or more subject from unaided course, then 1/3 (one third) of tuition fee and laboratory fee will be admissible from unaided fee schedule and 2/3 (two third) of tuition fee and laboratory fee from aided fee schedule will be admissible.
6) The University Fees as given in Part-C of Appendix B will be charged in addition to above, from students admitted in unaided courses.
7) Wherever the govt. prescribes the fee for a particular item / hear, it shall prevail over the fee prescribed by university and the college/ institute will charge only the fees prescribed by the state Govt or any other competent authority of Govt.
8) The fees collected under each head shall be spent on that head. However, in case the college/ institution could not spend. The entire amount under that head by the end of February, may re-appropriate. In any case not more than 20% re-appropriation from that head may be permitted with a proper permission of a committee comprising of a principal as Chairman, the Finance /Accounts Officer and one senior most teacher. Whenever under whichever head the college / institution receiving a grant the re-appropriation rules shall be followed.
